Ireland at Home pride themselves on presenting only quality accommodation for our customers. Although Ireland at Home do their level best to visit each property personally, we will accept no liabilitity whatsoever for any actions, accidents, losses or any form of liability arising from your stay in the properties represented here or recommended by us or our agents. Ireland at Home are solely representing the properties 'as is'. Any complaints or problems should be brought to the attention of the home owners who are solely responsible for the condition of sale of any property.

Your agreement (if any) is with the home owner and not with Ireland at Home. Your are entering into no agreement implied or otherwise with Ireland at Home. No agreement or contract is deemed to have taken place until expressely agreed in writing by Ireland at Home.

Payment terms
All bookings are subject to a 4 Euro booking fee.

Our cancellations terms are
Over 6 weeks before arrival date - booking deposit
6 to 4 weeks before arrival date - 50% of total cost
4 to 2 weeks before arrival date - 75% of total cost
Within 2 weeks - 100% of total cost

In the event of genuine complaint about a property, or disagreement with a property owner, please let us know. We will try to mediate (without guarantee or prejudice)
