The rates published are nightly rates, unless otherwise stated.

Broadband comes free and parking is charged at a rate of €100 per month/€25 per week.

Booking Deposit
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 per property is required to make a reservation. The balance of the payment is required not less than 42 days before arrival date. Guests will receive an e-mail 42 days prior to scheduled arrival date stating how the balance should be paid. If the arrival date is less than 42 days away payment in full is required. For corporate or long stay bookings a payment schedule can be arranged.

Electricity
The charge for electricity is included in the rate.

Towels
All bedding, bed linen and towels are provided.

Cots & Highchairs
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €250 per week/€500 per month must be paid to Ireland At Home prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
